About this Event

Hear directly from businesses and organizations advancing racial equity! For four sessions we will feature a Teach In - A term for when peers and colleagues intentionally share their wisdom and stories within the community. Come support those who are brave enough to grab the microphone and tell you about their experience working toward racial justice as company and organizational leaders.

Our third session features Intuitive Digital on Wednesday, March 22, noon - 1PM.

Hear from Alysha Schultz, Vice President of Marketing & Culture, with Intuitive Digital. She will share about their overhaul and improvement in areas of retention and recruitment particularly for people of color. Hear about the ways they reduced harms and bias, incorporated DEI in onboarding, as well as some of their continued goals to make the company ready for BIPOC inclusion.
