Portland Means Progress is hosting an in-person workshop on Giving & Receiving Feedback on Wednesday, October 7th from 9:00am-11:00am for employees of Portland Means Progress businesses.

We're honored to have Katie Augsburger of Future Work Design facilitating the session.

This workshop teaches leaders and employees how to give clear, respectful feedback across differences in power or identity. Participants will leave with practical frameworks, preparation tools, and supportive scripts for high-stakes communication.
