Portland Means Progress is hosting a webinar on Addressing Poor Performance on Wednesday, December 2nd from 12:00pm-1:00pm for employees of Portland Means Progress businesses.

We're honored to have Katie Augsburger of Future Work Design facilitating the session.

In this lunch Zoom training, managers will learn how to escalate persistent performance issues with compassion and transparency rather than punitive discipline. Participants will learn to protect employee dignity while gaining a clear framework, creative alternatives to traditional warnings, and supportive documentation practices.
