The purpose of this workshop is to strengthen organizational resilience by embedding inclusive practices into core systems for small & medium sized businesses.

Participants will: 

• Understand how resiliency supports both inclusion and competitiveness. 

• Learn scalable best practices in HR, purchasing, and culture. 

• Engage in peer-to-peer learning through case studies and table discussions. 

• Leave with practical tools for applying resiliency and inclusion within their organizations.
