About this Resource

Small to medium size companies many times don’t have capacity to provide employee experience surveys and if they do, struggle to provide sufficient anonymity to employees to receive honest responses due to the small number of responses. 

What we provide:

• Survey provided at no cost to the company (100% grant by Prosper Portland)

• Survey focused on employee experience, facilitated by Prosper Portland’s consultant  

• Individual responses will be held as confidential, with only themes and recommendations sent to the company 

• 1-Page Individual Company Survey Findings Dashboard provided to the company 

• Follow-up meeting with the consultant to discuss recommendations
