Join us for the EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION BY DESIGN: MANAGING ACROSS DIFFERENCE SERIES led by Future Work Design! 

People managers play an outsized role in company culture, yet for a variety of reasons are left without a full complement of resources to enable success. Through this training series you’ll meet fellow managers and aspiring managers at Portland companies, learn from subject matter experts, and practice what you have learned. You’ll leave a better, more inclusive manager. You, your team, and your business will be better for it!

This SERIES is available to managers and aspiring managers at Portland Means Progress and TechTown businesses. Optional office hours will be available in between the sessions hosted by the facilitators.
