Portland Means Progress is hosting Some of Your Toughest DEI Questions, Answered training on Thursday, April 23 from 12:00pm- 1:00pm for employees of Portland Means Progress businesses.

We're honored to have Katie Augsburger of Future Work Design facilitating the session. 

In this lunch Zoom training, we'll dig into some of the toughest challenges you're facing in your internal workplace culture and discuss potential ways to navigate these. We're building the content off of the questions & challenges you send us through this registration form, so please send along the barriers and confusion you're facing, and we'll do our best to create a session where you can dig into these with us. Some examples of topics we’ll discuss:

• When should my company make statements about current events?

• How do we decide which cultural holidays to recognize (or not)? How do we do this appropriately?

• We’re in a difficult season of potential layoffs on the horizon. Is it possible to maintain a positive company workplace culture in this environment?
