Culture Change Roadmap

This guide to your company’s racial equity journey offers tools, actions and things to be mindful of as you design your own path toward culture change.

We recognize this work is challenging and we encourage you to work with a racial equity practitioner to support your efforts.

This work is not linear, and it is certainly not a checkbox exercise! You can jump around topics, accessing the tools that are relevant to wherever you are on your equity journey. We hope that you will find the content meaningful and helpful in your organization’s path toward becoming an antiracist organization.
