Join Portland Means Progress and TechTown Portland as we embark on the POWER UP SERIES, designed for staff at all levels and at all organizations: from part-time staff to leadership! Attendees have to be actively interested and committed to racial equity.
This third session in the POWER UP SERIES will expose participants to a list of ideas and tactics for getting people to engage deeper on actions for racial equity. We will talk about how to motivate, how to hold folks accountable and how to name the need for leaning into culture change. Learn the phases of storm, norm and reform for diversity, equity and inclusion! We're looking forward to connecting with you all at this next session!
