Join Portland Means Progress and TechTown Portland as we embark on the POWER UP SERIES, designed for staff at all levels and at all organizations: from part-time staff to leadership! Attendees have to be actively interested and committed to racial equity.
In this fourth session in the POWER UP SERIES, participants will get a refresher in identifying aspects of white supremacy culture and the ways that it can become exclusive to people of color. Additionally we will take it one layer deeper to create building blocks for inclusive culture at companies and organizations.
